Velvore Transfers reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle unavailability, force majeure events, or operational requirements. 3. Order cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Customers may request the cancellation of a confirmed booking. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email info@velvoretransfers.com or through the booking platform. Velvore Transfers reserves the right to apply cancellation fees based on the time remaining before the scheduled service:
More than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service: full refund minus any administrative fees.
Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
No-show or cancellation at the time of service: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
4. Right of withdrawal/Product return
1. Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with applicable law, customers acknowledge that transportation services, including private transfers and tours provided by Velvore Transfers, are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Once a booking is confirmed, the customer does not have the right to cancel and withdraw from the service beyond the provisions set forth in the Cancellations section.
2. Product Return:
